- While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for items with pre-existing damage, including but not limited to loose buttons, torn fabric, or color fading.
Payment and Pricing:
- Our pricing is based on the type and quantity of items submitted for laundry or related services. Pricing details are available on our website or upon request.
- Payment is due upon delivery or pickup of cleaned items. We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website or provided by our delivery personnel.
- In the event of a pricing discrepancy, we will notify you of the corrected price before processing your order.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- While we take every precaution to prevent loss or damage to your items, we cannot guarantee against loss, damage, or shrinkage. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, we will compensate you based on fair market value, up to the maximum liability amount specified by applicable laws.
- We are not responsible for damage to items due to manufacturer defects or wear and tear.
